We have identified strong potential for significant hard-rock gold mineralization across five of our six concession targets, proximal to established Tier 1 gold mines within Ghana's most prolific gold belts. We are finalizing the acquisition of controlling interests in the local license holders to accelerate our high-tech exploration program headlined by a game-changing technology, Atomic Mineral Resonance Tomography (AMRT), to define a JORC-compliant Inferred Gold Resource through highly targeted systematic drilling in the coming months.

Peter Solymar
CEOPeter is Co-Founder and CEO of Imbera Gold Corp. responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. Prior to founding Imbera Gold, Peter accumulated 15 years of investment experience at a UK-based capital markets research, investor intelligence and fund placement advisory boutique focused on the alternative asset classes. In a C-suite executive role Peter helped develop the company into a successful global operation, building an extensive network of institutional and private wealth investors, contributing to client capital raises in excess of US$100 million. During his tenure in the United Kingdom, Peter advised international growth companies and globally aspiring investment firms on capital markets strategy, transaction structuring, and corporate finance solutions, including in terms of private placements as well as compliance listings and IPOs of mineral resource exploration companies on a MiFID-compliant Multilateral Trading Facility in the City of London.

Jude Ontoyin
Chief GeologistJude Ontoyin is a seasoned exploration geologist with over 15 years of experience in gold and iron ore exploration across Ghana and West Africa. He has contributed to teams that discovered approximately 2 million ounces of gold and has extensive experience across Ghana’s major gold belts and basins. He has worked with leading mining companies including Asanko Gold Ghana Ltd and Gold Fields Exploration Ghana Ltd and has consulted for MINXCON and Thisamo Resources of South Africa. Jude is currently Principal Geologist at JOZ Geoservices, providing expert geological consulting services. He holds an MSc in Mineral Exploration and a BSc in Geology from the University of Ghana, Legon, and is a member of the Ghana Institute of Geoscientists, Society of Economic Geologists, and the Accra Mining Network. He is recognized for his technical expertise, leadership, and analytical thinking, with a firm commitment to safety, quality, and results-driven project delivery.

Samuel Ohene Ayisi Esq.
General CounselSamuel Ohene Ayisi Esq is a Ghanaian lawyer with 16 years of active legal practice . He is a private legal practitioner with extensive experience in civil litigation, commercial law, land and property law, debt recovery, contract enforcement, banking and finance law, dispute resolution, and corporate law. He has significant corporate governance and banking experience, having previously served as a board member of a bank in Ghana, where he was also responsible for loan recovery and credit risk related matters. In that role he handled complex non performing loan potfolios, enforcement of securities recovery strategies and negotiations with defaulting borrowers. Mr Samuel Ohene Ayisi combines strong courtroom advocacy with practical commercial insight, enabling him to provide clients with solutions that are both legally sound and commercially effective. He is known for his strategic thinking, attention to detail and a firm grasp of the Ghanaian law and practice.
