Prior to founding Imbera Gold, Peter accumulated 15 years of executive experience at a London-based capital markets research, investor intelligence and fund placement advisory boutique focused on the alternative asset classes. In a C-suite executive role Peter developed the company into a successful global operation, building an extensive network of institutional and private wealth investors, contributing to client capital raises in excess of US$100 million. During his tenure in the United Kingdom, Peter advised international growth companies and globally aspiring investment firms on capital markets strategy, transaction structuring, and corporate finance solutions, including private placements as well as compliance listings and IPOs of mineral resource exploration companies on a MiFID-compliant Multilateral Trading Facility that operated in the Nordics as well as in the UK.

Jude Ontoyin

Chief Geologist

He has contributed to teams that discovered approximately 2 million ounces of gold and has extensive experience across Ghana’s major gold belts and basins. He has worked with leading mining companies including Asanko Gold Ghana Ltd and Gold Fields Exploration Ghana Ltd and has consulted for MINXCON and Thisamo Resources of South Africa. Jude is currently Principal Geologist at JOZ Geoservices, providing expert geological consulting services. He holds an MSc in Mineral Exploration and a BSc in Geology from the University of Ghana, Legon, and is a member of the Ghana Institute of Geoscientists, Society of Economic Geologists, and the Accra Mining Network. He is recognized for his technical expertise, leadership, and analytical thinking, with a firm commitment to safety, quality, and results-driven project delivery.

Samuel Ohene Ayisi Esq.

General Counsel

He is a private legal practitioner with extensive experience in civil litigation, commercial law, land and property law, debt recovery, contract enforcement, banking and finance law, dispute resolution, and corporate law. He has significant corporate governance and banking experience, having previously served as a board member of a bank in Ghana, where he was also responsible for loan recovery and credit risk related matters. In that role he handled complex non performing loan potfolios, enforcement of securities recovery strategies and negotiations with defaulting borrowers. Mr Samuel Ohene Ayisi combines strong courtroom advocacy with practical commercial insight, enabling him to provide clients with solutions that are both legally sound and commercially effective. He is known for his strategic thinking, attention to detail and a firm grasp of the Ghanaian law and practice.

Douglas is Chairman of the Board of Foremost Clean Energy Ltd. (NASDAQ:FMST CSE:FAT), Atlantico Energy Metals (CSE:ATLA), and formerly Magnum Gold Corp. (formerly on TSXV). Previously, from 2015 through 2019, Douglas served as a Director of Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd., a hemp processing and natural food manufacturer, and served as the Company’s CEO for a 2-year period from 2017 through 2019. From 1988 through 2005, Douglas was the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation, a producer of premium beverage products. During his 20 years in the beverage industry, Douglas built a reputation for innovation and has been credited as being one of the pioneers of the New Age Beverage category. Douglas is past Deputy chair of the Collingwood School Board of Trustees and a past Chair of the B.C. Sports Hall of Fame and Museum and of the B.C. Sports Hall of Fame Foundation. He is currently a member of the Board of the Fraser River Sturgeon Conservation Society and remains an active member of the Sports Hall Foundation. He is also an active supporter and recruiter of participants for fund raising events for the Rick Hansen Institute.

Imbera Gold is a West Africa-focused gold exploration, resource development, and concessions trading company leveraging next-generation technologies to build assets from overlooked ground, transforming underappreciated but highly prospective concessions in strategic locations with accelerated discovery, optimized capital efficiency, and responsible field practices. Here at Imbera Gold, we are focused on structurally controlled gold systems within West Africa's prolific gold belts, which are known for hosting large-scale orogenic deposits. OUR PORTFOLIO

We have identified significant hard-rock gold mineralization potential across our portfolio of concession targets, all of which directly share boundaries with Tier 1 gold mines within the Ashanti and the Sefwi-Bibiani gold belts.

Our business model is built on our unique portfolio approach. We acquire a broad set of highly prospective but underexplored and underappreciated concessions at attractive entry valuations and screen them using advanced, game-changing exploration technologies, capable of drastically reducing drilling costs by identifying subsurface mineral signatures with significantly greater accuracy than traditional gold exploration methods. Our disciplined budget controls are designed so that a single standout asset can underwrite the cost of advancing the wider portfolio while still delivering substantial upside through an early strategic exit.

We are currently finalizing the acquisition of controlling interests in several local licence holders in order to accelerate our high-tech exploration program across target areas within Ghana’s premier gold belts. In the coming months, this work is designed to deliver JORC-compliant Inferred Gold Resource Estimates through highly targeted systematic drilling.
